I hope that everyone had a great weekend. After a weekend of heavy socializing since the kids were at dad’s I am feeling pretty sluggish this morning. It was a weekend full of cheating so I understand why I am not running at 100% today. I am looking forward to getting back on task with the candida diet and feeling better as the week goes on. I did really enjoy my weekend with my friends. Socializing always carries with it heavy temptation for cheating on the any diet and I was not prepared which made things worst. What I normally like to do is make my own dish or eat before we go out so that I am not so impulsive and can choose menu items that are candida diet friendly.
In an effort to simplify my week I have decided to put some miles on the crockpot. The crock pot is a great tool for the yeast free kitchen. It enables you to prepare healthy meals without constantly monitoring them. You dump everything in the pot, you choose your settings and you can go on about your business. When you are finished with work, school, household stuff or whatever you have to do you will have homemade meal ready for you. I want to try to get some household stuff done this week like filing taxes for one. I hope that you enjoy the week of crockpot recipes. Have a great day!
