It has taken me quite a while to find a yeast free gluten free pie crust that I really like. I tried a recipe using all brown rice flour once and it came at pretty gross. Since I finally found a winning yeast free gluten free all purpose flour mix that works well in many recipes, I decided to revisit the pie crust task. I really wanted to create a pie crust that would be good for a chicken pot pie. My preference was not to use butter because of an allergy to milk in my house so I Googled canola oil pie crust and found a recipe that looked good on Foodista. This crust came out good, really good. I will be using this pie crust recipe from now on.

Hi Shelby,
This pie crust was a godsend. I struggled to create a tasty crust for a long time as I love chicken pot pies. I am glad that it will help with your quiches.
Thanks for your comment!
Best,
Tennille
I’m so worried about the way our love ones are headed in nowadays. Watching Jamie Olivers food revolution on tv scared the thingies out of me. I suggest we all start cooking some healthy recipe like these at home if we’re going to fix this horrible situation. The ones on that site seem pretty easy, I tried last night and it’s the first time my family has eaten healthy in ages, I just feel great.
