I am recovering a bit today after a weekend trip to Atlantic City for my BFF Sandra’s 30th birthday. It seems that last weekend’s victory adhering to the candida diet while socializing was short lived because this past weekend was a total candida diet bust. I was really sick yesterday in the car on the way home and struggled through the entire day. Many of my old symptoms returned and I am digging myself out of my self made hole today.
I am really ready to get back on track with living yeast free. I want to feel better consistently and I know that this is the only way. In an effort to keep things simple this week I plan to make a lot of soup and salad. I always do soup and salad for dinner at least once a week. It is usually on Wednesday night and it has become a big hit the house. Soup and salad is very easy to throw together and I need easy while I am beginning this process again. I also want to try to eat as many raw veggies as possible this week , so I figured this was a good way to accomplish this. Many of the soups on the menu I have made before but I am going to try to make a turkey meatball soup tonight that is new for us. Wish me luck! I hope that all of you out there are experiencing candida diet success.
