Planning can be the difference between success or failure on the candida diet. Planning daily or weekly menus and doing a little preparation in order to execute these menus will help you to stay on track. There is nothing worst than being caught off guard and cheating because you did not have a game plan. Planning can be challenging but if done effectively it will make things so much easier.
